Her name is Harper. She was born on May 7, 2016. She is 15 months old.
His hand guided her to me - to my house, to my heart and to my very existence. A seemingly hopeless situation gained a new perspective.
This child exudes hope.
Hope- Eyes opening to the daily bountiful blessings, like the opening of a beautiful flower.
Acceptance- Love, hugs, kisses. Simply love innocent of externals.
Refreshment- A breath of fresh air. It's like the cleansing after a heavy downpour of rain.
Purpose- Promise through the eyes of a child. Innocence, wonder and joy.
Energy- Boundless free but contained and guided.
Reason and Reassurance- A child is held and guided by someone's hand. Parents and the mighty hands of God.
As nurtured and guided souls, a child exudes the essence of love.
Unless we become like a little child, we cannot enter the kingdom of God
